CSE offers full support for customer POS systems installed
and for others interested in having their POS systems updated or serviced.
A Maintenance Contract is offered for convenience
or support may be utilized on a call-as-needed basis.
CSE also has a 24-hour/7-day Support Center.
A single call could resolve problems in front or back office operation,
such as table lock ups or posting Daily Sales Reports.
A Systems Engineer will be dispatched when the problem cannot be resolved
over the phone or when equipment failure is apparent.
